1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. This role offers competitive starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. You will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work both independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
