1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and support a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
