1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. As a package handler, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stock selection, merchandise organization, loading, and warehouse cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
