1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and moving stock in our warehouse to fulfill store orders. Your duties will also include sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
