Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. With an average of 30-35 hours per week, you will start with a competitive wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). You will be primarily responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning duties.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with peers and suppliers.
- Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
