1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. The position offers an attractive starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment.
