Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in various areas of our warehouse, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper handling.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve processes and achieve goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency in previous roles.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
