Job Description

We are looking for a committed 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise for shipment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
