Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning tasks.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
