Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following products handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and leadership for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Team player with attention to detail.
