1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company standards.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
