Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. This full-time position offers a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, with various shift options available. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership for process improvements. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
