Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. You will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to satisfy our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration.

• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and reach.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
