1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position involves collaborating with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
