1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organization of merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance. The position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and interact effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and ensure product quality and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, strong communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, work in varying temperatures.
