1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
