Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Education and Experience
