We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
