1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi family. Our warehouse operations play a key role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a part-time position with flexible scheduling options, this role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and collaborate with peers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
