1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join their team. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating with peers and leadership to achieve warehouse goals. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
