1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, warehouse cleaning, inventory management, and collaborating effectively with the team and warehouse leadership. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining warehouse standards and achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
