1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk in various temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
