Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
