1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately stocking, relocating, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse to fulfill store orders. You will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
