1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain product quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
