Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for delivery.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in varying temperatures.
