1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Stocker for our 1st Shift position at Aldi. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various environmental conditions.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
