1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM, and we are currently hiring for Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Perform all tasks accurately and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
