1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from up to $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Independently make decisions within the designated area of responsibility.
• Assist management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Execute all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, organizational skills, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform various warehouse tasks.
