1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. You will join a dynamic team working on various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) to fulfill store orders efficiently and maintain warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely following guidelines.
• Notify management of any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
