1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently organizing, handling, and distributing merchandise within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
