1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas where safety and quality are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes and reach budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
