1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently managing stock in our warehouse, ensuring products are ready for delivery to our stores. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and will uphold the high standards set by ALDI in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, sort, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
