1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. Our warehouse employees play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while upholding our standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for efficient storage and shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
