1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate and organize merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
