1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, as well as ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled for store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any concerns.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
