1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, ability to collaborate with team members, and maintain warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety standards
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvement
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Achieve assigned tasks following company procedures
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment
