1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. You will also be involved in inventory counts, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring product quality and safety. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and contribute to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, relocate, sort, and load merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
