1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and effectively communicate with team members and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
