Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in preparation for shipment. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
