1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse employees work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive training provided to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies with efficiency and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
