Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. You will be responsible for receiving, relocating, loading, and unloading merchandise, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist management in achieving goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
