1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
