1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
