1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in handling and organizing merchandise in our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient operations and timely deliveries to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to optimize processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
