1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This position is full-time, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
