1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Warehouse Stocker at Aldi for 1st Shift. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. The job involves fulfilling store orders, organizing and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with the team
• Positive attitude, adaptable to challenges and change
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Work independently and within a team environment
