1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team in fulfilling orders effectively and efficiently. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a competitive starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise strategically throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
