Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic part-time position as a Warehouse Stocker in a fast-paced environment? ALDI is seeking hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, this position offers a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and physical agility are required.
