1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Aldi is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue
• Schedule B: Sat-Sun 2 out of 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Sat-Sun alternating weekends
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically.
• Performs general cleaning duties and participates in warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes.
• Makes decisions efficiently and maintains compliance with standards.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and properly.
